In my 83 years I have never experienced such a Government as the present one. I have never seen such a mess of so many public services i.e. the NHS. Then the down-turn in decent jobs, the closure of so many good businesses, and the depression of so much of our population whose standard of living is becoming lower day by day.
Whoever takes over at the next election will have an unenviable job to do. We will all have to be very patient and while doing so remember who put us into this terrible mess. The Tories will never be forgiven

it’s corporatism George. The big conglomerate corporations OWN our government, and quite a lot around it. It doesn’t matter, right or left, they’re all prey to corporatism.

I despair of any of them that I could trust not to be seduced. I won’t trust any ’til I see someone talking about a manifesto that shows me they know what needs fixing …
